Happy Mid-Autumn Day, Amelia. We had a nice start to the weekend. Grandpa took you to the park this morning and you fell asleep by the time you arrived home. We woke you up for lunch and luckily you were able to get back to sleep for nap time. I was feeling tired too, and we ended up having a three hour nap. When we got up we all went to Sunny and Harry’s home. They invited us for dinner and to see the moon from their rooftop. You didn’t pay much attention to Yangyang and the other children that were around, but you enjoyed riding their cars and playing with some of their other toys. We headed up to the roof after dinner and were disappointed we couldn’t see the moon at first. It eventually came out low from behind some tall buildings nearby on the horizon and you were interested to see it. Just as the last time we looked at it, you kept saying moon moon. You also were really in a mood to be held and it felt very special hugging you in the bright moonlight as we celebrated together. I did put you down a little while so I could get some photos and was able to take some really great shots of the full moon. It will be cool sharing them with you and growing your interest in the vast universe we live in. We got you home already past bed time but showered you quick and set you in bed. I know you’re tired and you readily laid down to sleep.
