I had an overtime meeting this evening so I made sure to catch you at school dismissal and give you some hugs and kisses before you headed home. It wasn’t much time but I think you appreciated it too. When I passed you over to Grandpa you actually went willingly instead of clinging to me as you often will. Sure enough, you were asleep when I got have so I was even more grateful we got to say bye at school.
