It’s a rainy weekend, Mom and I are tired, and you’re still fighting off your cold. It’s a good time to stay home and all get some rest. We don’t want you to be too bored, so I played with you a lot. In the morning we played with toys in the living room. You also explored on the couch a while and checked out a lot of stuff in my backpack. We had a 3.5 hour nap together in the afternoon. In the evening we played more on the bed. You wanted to pull out all of your books and asked for them by saying “shushu” over and over. I love hearing you tell us what you want and don’t more now. Of course, the thing we hear most is “no” for the things you don’t want.
